Who is it for: Young Dry skin, Normal-to-Dry/Dry skin with visible signs of aging. Designed as both a day and night cream. May be use as a night cream for normal to oily skin.

How to use it: Begin by applying Bio Lifting Cream to your face and neck, then follow the instructions for the Chantecaille Lymphatic Drainage Massage. If the cream is already absorbed, reapply a small amount with your fingertips.

1. FOREHEAD
Place three fingers of both hands at the center of your forehead. Slowly sweep across forehead out to your temples with a slight pressure. Repeat three times.

2. BROWS
Place two fingers from both hands at the bridge of your nose. Slowly sweep over brow bone with a slight pressure, finish at your temples. Repeat three times.

3. UNDER EYE
Place both of your middle fingers at the bridge of your nose. Slowly sweep down over the top of the cheekbones finishing at your temples. Repeat three times.

4. CHEEKS
Place three fingers from both hands at the side of each nostril. Sweep down under the line of the cheekbones, ending at the front of you ears (where the bones of your jay connect). Repeat three times.

5. JAWLINE / NECK
Place three fingers from both hands at the center of your chin. Sweep up along the jaw line to the earlobes and the down the sides of your neck to the collarbone. Repeat three times.

6.NECK
Cup your hand at the base of your chin, and using your entire palm, sweep down the neck alternating right and left hand. Repeat three times.
