How to use it: Warm a large quarter-sized amount of Bio Lifting Neck Cream in your fingertips and begin the Chantecaille Neck Massage Technique. Place three fingers from both hands by the earlobes and sweep down the side of your neck to the collarbone. Repeat three times. With your right thumb firmly press the area under the right ear where the bones of your jaw connect. Slightly tilt your head to the left, while stretching your neck and keeping your chin up. Then cup your left hand at the right side of your neck and sweep down across the collarbone towards your left shoulder. Once you reach the shoulder, cross back towards the chest covering the décolleté area. Repeat three times. Repeat on the opposite side. With your right thumb press the area under the right ear where the bones of your jaw connect. Using the back of your left hand and a gentle slapping motion, slap the right side of the jaw, under the chin and the left side of the jaw. Repeat on the opposite side.
