Returns and Exchanges
If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at CustomerService@chantecaille.com.
Please include your order number for the most expedient service. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged item will be replaced.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept products in their original, untouched condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please return merchandise packed in its original shipping box. Remove the detachable return address label from the Packing Slip and fill in the "REASON FOR RETURN" section. Be sure to insure your package for the full value of the merchandise.
Only items purchased on Chantecaille.com may be accepted for return or exchange. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from a store.
Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

We currently ship to the United States only. We are unable to ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, hotel addresses and APO/FPO addresses.
At this time, we do not ship to more than one address per order.
You may purchase up to five units of each item.
We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) for the following states: CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, NJ, NY, TX, VA, MA and PA.
