Olivia Chantecaille serves as a Creative Director of Chantecaille. Raised among lab samples, color charts and accompanying her mother on research and development trips for her job as head of Prescriptives, Olivia was exposed to the world of beauty from an early age.
Having worked closely with her mother since the company's inception she brings to the brand her own unique vision, personal sense of style, keen understanding of culture and fashion as well as a distinctive stamp of modernity.
Her affinity for aesthetics and her French heritage led her to Europe where she studied Art and worked as a model. The former gave her a rigorous education in form and color, while the latter introduced her to the world of fashion and the techniques of top makeup artists.
As a Creative Director she combines her knowledge and experience in developing trendsetting color palettes, innovative products and overseeing packaging design.
As a face of the company she represents the brand by making personal appearances at the top retailers and as well as creating seasonal presentations to retail partners such as Barneys New York, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.Olivia's responsibilities also include global public relations, advertising for the company and working closely with editors of high-end publications.
Olivia is instrumental in the development of the Chantecaille brand, making sure it stays ahead of industry trends and in line with current fashion. She is a dynamic contributor to several New York City charities that support the Arts and cultural history. She has served as Chairperson for both Save Venice and Young Patrons of the Louvre, has been an active contributor to the Guggenheim, Whitney Museum and New Yorkers for Children Foundations as well as being an integral part of Chantecaille's initiatives to support the Pew Institute's Marine Conservation Programs.
Through her active social and professional life Olivia is able to truly understand what matters to young women of her generation and to translate that into the language of beauty.
